Put a little space between impulse and action.

Zenmo places a brief, on-device exercise before the apps and websites you choose. It is a speed bump you control—not a lock, a watcher, or a punishment.

Which one is a prime number?

Continue intentionallyEmergency pass · 2 left

These illustrated previews follow the current core flows. Final store screenshots are recaptured from the signed release build before submission.

A pause that still leaves you in control.

Zenmo never pretends to be unbreakable. You choose the friction, an emergency pass and a 15-minute failsafe remain available, and detailed activity stays on your phone.

  1. Choose

Select the apps and sites that tend to pull you in.

  2. Pause

Meet a short arithmetic, estimate, or multiple-choice gate.

  3. Decide

Continue intentionally, return to focus, or use a relief valve.

Focus should fit real life.

Zenmo is for adults managing their own phones. If you need to monitor someone else, this is the wrong product—and we say so up front.

Learn

Use budgets and gates, or connect the verified WaniKani beta to earn capped unlock minutes from real learning progress.

Deep Work

Protect focus schedules with Pomodoro rhythms and optional allowlist friction.

Detox

Start a fixed, time-boxed commitment whose targets cannot be loosened before it ends.

Self-control, not surveillance.

Your complete app inventory, raw event history, gate answers, and website matches are not sent to Zenmo. Circle shares only the categories you explicitly approve for a connected supervisor.

Straight answers before you install.

Is Zenmo parental control or employee monitoring?

No. Zenmo is self-control for adults on devices they manage. It is not Families-program software, workplace surveillance, or device administration.

Can I still open an app if I really need to?

Yes. The gate is intentionally bypassable. You can complete the exercise, use a budgeted emergency pass, take a 15-minute failsafe pause, change permissions, or uninstall.

What leaves my phone?

Detailed usage, gate answers, and website matches stay local by default. Optional Circle shares only categories you approve for a connected supervisor. Analytics are off until you opt in.

Does Zenmo take payments or real-money stakes?

Not in the current release. Circle commitments and Karma are payment-free. Real-money features remain disabled.

Which platforms and languages are supported?

Android is the first public path; iOS is implemented and still depends on Apple Screen Time entitlements. English, Uzbek, Russian, and Korean ship in the app and on this website.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Settings → Account & profile → Delete account. Uninstalling alone does not delete a server account. See the account-deletion page for details.

You are still the one making the choice.

The Android release candidate is undergoing internal and device review. The iOS app is implemented, but distribution still depends on Apple entitlements and physical-device validation.
